Years ago AutoLife was the only place you would see a video coming from, we were there before it was "trendy" to shoot video, few may know that we actually went as far as televising Episode 3 of AutoLife TV, which featured this event, if that was not promotion for the event, we don't know what is...support Freddie of AutoFashion USA as they put together another awesome VIP Festival. There is something about losing a person that is close to you. Sometimes we have plenty of warning, others may have lived a long enjoyable life and their passing is expected, and then there are those that love, inspire, care and stay true, but for some reason their time with us is cut short. When you randomly lose a friend at a young age there is something that makes it really tough to get past. A few years ago I lost my good friend Alex Edge. He was a character... uber smart, but often times misunderstood. I'm not going to get all "emo" this time around, I'll just post some pics that show a TINY portion of who he was. I love and miss you Alex, and thanks for listening, loving, teaching and inspiring the people that loved you back. I'll forever have you back and you are always with me.

Skunk2 Certified

I got this sweet Skunk2 Certified badge today. I'm stoked! More info on how to get certified HERE. As I stare at it I imagine a day, probably 10-15 years from now, when my 1990 Civic Hatchback is sitting at some car gathering when a past Honda enthusiast approaches me about my car and notices the Skunk2 Certified badge. He wants to chat about my car and how long I've had it and begins reminiscing about his build he sold after he got it featured in a magazine, as he tries to buy mine off of me, I give him my usual "angry black man look" and simply laugh out loud in my evil villain laugh! Back to reality, I'll just be happy that I have one for now.

PlanB Motorsports Foolishness

I think I mentioned making a visit to PlanB Motorsports over in Orange, CA. There was a major project taking place, however during the few days I spent with them we still found a way to have some fun.
