NationRIDE with Stunna Ben of Greasyblocks

Ben Howard aka "Stunna Ben" has been an extremely passionate enthusiast for many years and has been around to experience many trends and enthusiasts come and go. I met Ben the for the first time about seven years ago when he came to Cali for an Eibach meet. Prior to us meeting we had been communicating online for who knows how long, possibly because there has never been many enthusiasts that look like us, lol, yeah I said it... BLACK PEOPLE. Don't get me wrong, our friendship is not simply based on race.

Anyway, Ben has got his car back in one piece and is FINALLY putting one of his dreams into action. It's called the "NationRIDE". Basically Ben has completed his project car and is driving it from his hometown in the Carolinas all the way across the country to California for the Annual Eibach meet. Ben has wanted to do this for years, it's great to see him finally able to attempt it. Give him your support and stay updated by checking out his blog for constant updates at greasyblocks.com. He has already run into some issues with the car and that has not stopped him, don't miss any my buddy Stunna Ben's trek!

Davinder from the UK

Check out my buddy Davinder's rare Civic Jordan. Word on the street is he is going to be unleashing the car with a new motor setup. I think the car is awesome now, can't wait to see it withe the horsepower to back it up. I'll be showing a few more UK guys some love in the future. They seem to be really passionate about the industry. Oh, Davinder also helps organize one of the biggest Honda meets in the UK, that being the South Mimms Honda Meet. Keep up the good work dude!

ALPHA from Skunk2

Just got this in my inbox. This is literally all I got. I don't know if it is a new race car, new product series, some statement Skunk2 is trying to make...NOTHING. What ever it is I'm sure it will be cool.

Because FF Squad is still keeping it real!

Race-Ready EA

No, I didn't go to f'ing Japan and snap these myself. I found them online and I have no problem admitting that. I don't need to put my watermark on them and front like we have an AutoLife TV guy in Japan, but this car is SICK!

As promised, be sure to catch the others if you have not seen them already, and if you have seen them, tell a friend or 10 to go watch them!

NEW: STAR5 3 piece forged wheels available in 4x100

The fellas over at Exospeed keep putting out awesome products. They consistently show us that the roots of import drag racing began here in California. From their front ends, to wheels and pure passion for the industry, Exospeed is doing a good job "staying true".

Hot Lap In the SCM Integra Type R

You ever wonder what it's like to be inside a 400+ HP Integra Type R? Take a ride with Oscar Jackson Jr. as he pilots the insane Sport Car Motion/Kraftwerks Integra around Firebird International Raceway during the Modified Tuner Shootout. Pretty much Oscar Jackson Jr. is the shit (no homo). Keep up the good work dude!

Throwback: Jeremy Gilman's old EK

It had to have been 2002 or 2003 when I met Jeremy for the first time. I actually met him through a guy named Devon, who at one point smashed around the neighborhood with a kid in a Del Sol. One of the dudes would wear a helmet while he "banged" corners in residential areas. I honestly think I only met Jeremy because I was trying to find the kid that wore the helmet, because I wanted to race him to show him he was slow, then kick is ass for speeding in the neighborhood and wearing a damn helmet on the street. My first memory of Gilman is him driving the car pictured above to Belmont Park, which was a meet up spot for car folk. That night this other kid rolled up in this busted primer gray hatchback, Gilman being the stand up guy he is quickly informed me of the dudes ability to make peoples stuff disappear and told me not to tell him too much about my EF. I listened and Gilman has been a pal since...at the time Gilman was a pretty skinny guy and for reason seemed a LOT younger than me. Now he's a beast of a human being, lol. The story of his red EK is something I'll have to tell another time...I miss the old days.
